Mono-Extrusion
Mono-extrusion and co-extrusion are two methods used in vinyl fence manufacturing. Mono-extrusion produces vinyl profiles using a single layer of material, ensuring consistency throughout. Co-extrusion, on the other hand, uses multiple layers consisting of a thin cap sock layer of uv inhibitor and a substrate layer with no protection. Our mono-extruded vinyl includes uv inhibitors throughout the entire profile, preventing fading, warping and weathering.
