Mono-extrusion uses a single layer of material, ensuring consistency throughout, whereas co-extrusion uses multiple layers, with a thin cap containing UV inhibitors and an unprotected substrate layer. Our mono-extruded vinyl has UV inhibitors throughout the profile, preventing fading, warping, and weathering.
